ONLINE CLASS ETIQUETTE:

  • Microphone On/ Off (Mute / Unmute) – You are welcomed to class with your audio on. In public classes, please mute your microphone so that it is not distracting others (Yes we can all hear you otherwise!)

  • Video On/ Off – In public classes, it’s your choice whether your camera is on or off. It’s completely up to you and I understand if you would prefer to practice privately. It’s one of the benefits of coming to a class like this!

Private/ one on one classes are different. We’re working together to find what works for you, so please expect to have your video and audio on. That’s it! It’s easy once you get started. But, of course please let me know if you have any issues
